The kitchen car is subdivided into an airlock, an auxiliary room, a
washing room, a machine room, a boiler room, a larder for perishable
goods, cold and hot shops, and other work zones. The refrigerators can
adjust air temperatures from 0C to 6C above zero and from 15C below zero
to 20C below zero. The hot shop allows cooking hot meals, pastry,
desserts, and so on.
